Policy Terms
Energy World Inc. policy & terms:
| 1. | All parties start and end on time if you exceed to pass your time there will be a charge for overtime of $39.00. Party parents arrive no earlier then 15 minutes prior your party start time. |
| 2. | All kids under 4 are required to have a parent companion for the rock climbing at all time. |
| 3. | Parties with more than 20 kids are required to hire an additional instructor there is an additional charge of $25.00. |
| 4. | Parties for the economical package instructor will automatically be added if more than 12 kids with additional charge of $25. |
| 5. | Strollers are not permitted upstairs for safety reasons. |
| 6. | Adults are prohibited from entering our 2 level maze at all times. |
| 7. | One play room requires no shoes or bare feet, socks are a must please advise guests. |
| 8. | Our parties are design to provide pizza and beverage for kids only additional food may be ordered from our adult menu. Adult guests must eat with in the first hour due to limited space while we entertain the children. You must provide paper goods for the adult guests there will be a charge of $25.00 for set up and clean up. |
| 9. | A $125.00 nonrefundable nontransferable deposit is needed to reserve party date. |
| 10. | If your child becomes ill on the day of his/her party or if party is canceled due to inclement weather we will reschedule to the first available date and time pre-existing food orders and accured expenses are the responsibility of the party member. |
| 11. | The balance is due the day of your party and must be paid in cash please RSVP Energy World carefully as planning is done based on the number of kids given at the time of confirmation. You will be charged according to this number we will allow up to one child not showing up. |
| 12. | Tax and gratuity 15% will be added at the end of the contract. |
